Malcom will email you if it detects an error while trying to synchronize data between your Akeneo instance and your Shopify Store.
You are required to:
- Click on the “here” link to open the Malcom App.
- Click on “View Details” to see the details of this specific error.
- Click “Save Changes & Close” to apply the latest updates to the Malcom Setup.
- Click on “Dismiss Notification & Close” for Malcom to retry the synchronization process.
Note: Malcom has a set of 16 Critical notifications. Each one will vary depending on the error preventing the communication and data synchronization between Akeneo and Shopify.
