“Drill Down into Batch Execution” is an advanced option that enables you to review job information such as Job Types, Job Status, Requests, Request Types, and Number of Attempts.
Filter By Job Group Type:
A Job Group Type is a specific function that groups a set of tasks and will process them as a batch. Malcom provides the following filters for your “Job Group Type”:
- Preparing to Synchronization
- Import Attributes and Attribute Options From Akeneo
- Import Families and Family Variants From Akeneo
- Import Reference Entities, Reference Entity Attributes, Reference Entity Attribute Options, And Reference Entity Records From Akeneo
- Import (Parent) Products From Akeneo
- Import (Child Or Orphan) Products From Akeneo
- Synchronize Metafield Definitions In Shopify
- Synchronize Shopify Metaobject Definitions
- Synchronize Shopify Product
Filter By Status:
A list of states that can be used to identify the current synchronization status for a batch. Malcolm provides the following status filters for your Group Type:
- Pending: A list of jobs within a batch that have been submitted for a synchronization process.
- Queued: A list of jobs within a batch that will be processed as soon as server resources are available.
- Running: A list of jobs within a batch that is currently being processed by the server.
- Completed: A list of jobs within a batch that have been completed successfully.
- Failed: A list of jobs within a batch that have failed the last synchronization process.
Clicking the number of jobs from the “Jobs” column will allow you to further drill down within the Group Type to see the Job Types within.
