Clicking the drop-down arrow next to each Job Type will further drill down into each individual request. Each “Job Type” will be categorized as follows:
- Request: A name assigned by Malcom to process (API calls, local executions, GraphQL calls, etc) a set of interrelated jobs for any given batch.
- Request Type: A name assigned by Malcom to categorize the nature of a corresponding “Request.”
- Date/Time: The Date and Time at which a specific request was submitted in Malcom for processing. Note: Malcom is set to operate in Eastern Standard Time (EST).
- Status: The state of the “Request” submitted to Malcom. Possible options are: Completed or Failed.
- Attempt: Malcom will attempt the “Request” operation, and upon failure, it will retry between 1 to 3 attempts, depending on the nature of the “Request Type.”
- Payloads: Clicking the Payload icon will display the API (Application Programming Interface) request and response data for each job processed in the selected Batch.

Filter By Status:
A list of states that can be used to identify the current synchronization status for a job. Malcolm provides the following status filters for your Job Type:
- Created: Jobs that have been submitted for a synchronization process
- Queued: A list of jobs that will be processed as soon as server resources are available.
- Running: Jobs that are currently being processed by the server.
- Completed: Jobs that have completed the synchronization process.
- Failed: Jobs that have failed to complete the synchronization process.
- Forced-stopped: Jobs that have manually been stopped by a user.
