Sample Notification: The POS channel was removed from Shopify, please update the mapping to reflect the change.
Description: The POS Channel was removed from your Shopify Store but your current Malcom Setup is mapped to handle POS.
How to Recover:

In Malcom:

  1. Click on “Review Problem”.
  2. Malcom will redirect you to the Channel Setup - POS (Step 2.2) in the Setup.
  3. Click on the drop-down list for “Manage Point Of Sale (POS) Channel In Malcom?
  4. Select “No”.
  5. Click on “Save Changes & Close.”
Note: A new batch will be automatically submitted for synchronization.
