| Description |
A POS Channel was added to your Shopify Store, but your current Malcom Setup is not set up to handle POS. |
| How to Recover? |
In Malcom:
- Click on “Review Problem”.

Malcom will redirect you to the Channel Setup - POS (Step 2.2) in the Setup.
- Click on the drop-down list for “Manage Point Of Sale (POS) Channel In Malcom?”
- Select “Yes” to enable the publication of products to your Shopify POS Sales Channel. If you select “No,” Malcom will ignore any publication of products to your Shopify POS Sales Channel.
- Select the appropriate Akeneo Channel for “Akeneo Point Of Sale Channel”.
- Select the appropriate completeness Akeneo parameter from the “Completeness On Akeneo Engine”*.
- Click on “Save Changes & Close.”

Malcom will display an extra attribute (“Completeness On Attribute”) for selection if you have picked any of the following options for the “Completeness On Akeneo Engine”:

- Attribute-based.
- Complete on en_US Locale and Attribute Based
- Every time a POS Sales Channel is added to your Shopify Store, a new batch (Full Sync) will be automatically submitted for synchronization.
